We all know that touchdowns enrich society like little else can. So while the law may have called for Stallworth to face many years in prison, he has a touchdown savings account of sorts he can draw off to reduce that time. Bradley got in trouble in Cleveland too, if I remember right. He was removed from his team prior to his stop in Texas. In Arlington there isn't near the amount of pressure to perform on the baseball diamond as there would be in Boston, New York, Chicago, LA, etc. Also, Cubs fans are notoriously awful. Did you hear of the fan that poured his beer on Shane Victorino while he was trying to catch a fly ball? Fluffernutter would kill me, but I do enjoy the mallow... So, the fans have been hard on him. I don't condone booing, but the fans are frustrated with big salary players who get paid their big salaries even if they don't produce. Personally, I think big salary players often loose their incentive to produce. Their contracts should specify that if they don't produce, they take a cut in their pay. That will never happen. The fans know it. So they boo. With the prices of tickets to pro sports, I think they consider the option of booing included in the price.
